I am incredibly grateful to the staff at Boca Park Animal Hospital. I missed my flight because my kitty had been given a flea treatment instead of the required dewormer for international travel. It was a Sunday, I had already visited two clinics, and I arrived here right before closing, completely stressed.

Sabrina was incredibly kind and compassionate, and together with Dr. Jimmy Lam, they examined my furry baby and gave him the correct treatment right away. Their empathy and willingness to help truly meant the world to me.

Thanks to them, I was able to travel the next day without any issues and spend Christmas with my family.

I am beyond grateful for Boca Park Animal Hospital. My dog, BooBoo Bear, was in severe pain, and from the very first phone call, Debbie showed genuine compassion and made sure he was seen the same day. I immediately felt like we mattered.

Before Dr. Spaulding even came into the room, Keefer was wonderful with BooBoo Bear. He took thorough notes, carefully checked on him, and made sure all of our concerns and observations were clearly documented so nothing would be missed. His calm, gentle approach immediately put both of us at ease.

Dr. Spaulding treated BooBoo Bear as if he were her own. She spent over half an hour with him, sitting on the floor, carefully watching how he walked, gently checking his spine, and asking thoughtful, thorough questions. We were never rushed. It was clear she truly cared about his comfort and well-being, not just moving through appointments.

Even just minutes before closing, she was still focused on helping him feel better, making sure he received his first dose of pain medication and anti-inflammatories before we left. She did not push unnecessary tests or procedures and instead took a calm, compassionate, and honest approach.

As first-time patients, there was no charge for the visit, only the medication, and Dr. Spaulding personally asked me to call back with updates on how BooBoo Bear is doing. He is currently on medication and bed rest, with a clear plan and follow-up in place, which gave me so much peace of mind. The kindness, patience, and care we experienced meant more to me than I can express. I am endlessly thankful for a team that clearly loves animals and takes the time to truly care. BooBoo Bear could not have been in better hands, and because of this experience, this will be our veterinary home from now on.

The staff at Boca Park really cared about my dog Petey when I brought him in for staple removal post bloat surgery. The doctor and vet tech spent a lot of time diving into his record history as a new patient and really got to know his history. They were kind and empathizing, affirming the decisions I’ve made for taking care of my old boy.

I was surprised to learn that they also offered a free new-patient visit after the fact. The kindness of that combined with their genuine care for the surgery and recovery we had gone through over the past 2 weeks brought me to happy tears.

The vet techs also did a great job “running interference” to bring my reactive dog straight into a room.

I’m so happy to have heard about this clinic. The Vet Emergency Group referred me to Boca and I trusted their opinion.

Came to this Vet because the reviews were so good on Google and it did not disappoint! Our nurse greeted us right when we got there and got us set up in a room super fast! Dr. Lofaro was very thorough with all my questions and over all great experience for my cats.

We had a great experience at Boca Park Animal Hospital! I took my dachshunds there for nail trims this morning. They are usually pretty nervous, but Dezi took her time and made sure they were at ease, took breaks and comforted them. She did a great job and my boys look wonderful!
